We are issuing new tenancy agreements to all allotment plot holders in August 2026.
We will send you a Docusign agreement for each plot you have. You must sign and return this to us online.
Please return your agreement to us by 30 September 2026. This will help to make sure you keep your plot.
If you have not yet paid your 2026 allotment invoice, you will not be automatically invited to renew your allotment tenancy.

We will make other arrangements with plot holders who do not use email or a smartphone.
Joint tenants
We will send an agreement to each joint tenant via email. Once the first tenant has signed and returned the agreement, the next tenant will automatically receive an agreement.
This process will also apply to joint tenants who share the same email address.
Deposits
From 2 February 2027, all plot holders must pay a £5 deposit per perch (Example 5 perch plot will be £25).
This will be:
- added to the annual invoice we send you in December 2026, and
- returned at the end of your tenancy, provided your plot is maintained in line with tenancy conditions.
