Mae\u2019r prosiect wedi gweithio gyda dros 30,000 o deuluoedd, ysgolion, sefydliadau lleol ac unigolion i helpu i gysylltu cymunedau trefol \u00e2 bywyd gwyllt lleol a\u2019u grymuso i weithredu dros fyd natur.\u00a0 Rhwng 2017-2022, mae\u2019r prosiect hwn wedi\u2019i ariannu gan Gronfa Gymunedol y Loteri Genedlaethol a\u2019i weithredu mewn partneriaeth ag RSPB Cymru, Cyngor Caerdydd a Buglife Cymru.\u00a0 Datblygodd Prosiect Rhoi Cartref i Fyd Natur yng Nghaerdydd ystod o weithgareddau chwarae ym myd natur dwyieithog ar gyfer plant 3-16 oed. Mae modd eu defnyddio mewn lleoliadau chwarae ffurfiol neu anffurfiol.\u00a0 Mwynhaodd dros 10,000 o blant gysylltu \u00e2 byd natur drwy ddefnyddio\u2019r rhain rhwng 2017-2022.
